Frequently Asked

Do I need to book an appointment?

Yes. Skuldalid Studio is appointment based only. Every session is reserved ahead of time so your artist can prepare and give you their full attention — we don't take walk-ins.

How do I request a booking?

Head to the booking page, choose your artist and service, then pick an open slot from their live availability. Your artist reviews the request and confirms it — you can track the status anytime from your dashboard.

Is a deposit required?

Some artists require a deposit to secure your slot. When that's the case, the amount is shown as you make the request and goes toward your final total.

Can I reschedule or cancel?

Plans change — that's fine. You can manage or cancel a request from the Bookings section of your dashboard. Please give us as much notice as possible so the time can be offered to someone else.

What payments do you accept?

All pricing is in South African Rand (R). Final payment is settled in studio at your appointment, with any deposit already paid deducted from the total.

How should I care for my work afterward?

Every service comes with tailored aftercare guidance to protect your results. If anything feels off or you have questions while healing, reach out to the studio directly.
